The Stitely Process
1. Cast Your Vision
Once you contact us, you’ll talk with Rory, Brett or Jeff to bring into focus your vision for your event. From there, we’ll customize the perfect band or DJ package for your party with the repertoire you want and your overall timeline.
2. Choose The Music
When you book us, you’ll get a link to our music planning webpage to choose the exact repertoire you want and also don’t want. We’ll discuss the songs that have an emotional connection for you and your guests, so your event can reflect who you are and bring everyone together on the dance floor. Our bands will learn up to 3 songs not on our list for you free of charge.
3. Plan the Logistics
You can contact us anytime to begin planning, but 4 months before your event, Sean will contact you to start planning all the details of your music and logistics. This is also when we begin communication with any other planners or vendors involved that relate to the music or items on your timeline. We dial things in together so your celebration flows seamlessly.
4. Finalize the Logistics
By 4-6 weeks out we like to have your timeline and repertoire nailed down and ready to go.
5. Chat with the Band or DJ
2-3 weeks before your event we’ll set up a conversation with your bandleader or DJ to make sure everyone is on the same page.
6. Execute an epic party!
